The Kaleidos tasting room is now open at the Kaleidoscope Lounge.
Visit us at 1032 Pine Street in beautiful downtown Paso Robles to taste the current selection of Kaleidos wines.
There is nothing traditional about this stylish wine lounge in the heart of historic downtown Paso Robles, where guests come to sample not only Kaleidos winery’s exuberant Rhone-focused wines, but also a generous selection of artisanal beers, exceptional food bites, and weekly musical entertainment. Bright cognac hues and local art bring warmth to the cozy interior, while sidewalk seating presents a breath of fresh air during the sultry summer months. Local chef Andre Averseng provides the seasonal, soon-to-be local and organic menu, which offers items such as pizza with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and roasted garlic tomato sauce; savory tri-tip sliders with chipotle aioli; and a gourmet cheese plate with dried fruit and nuts. Both locals and visitors will feel welcome here and are likely to make the Kaleidoscope Lounge one of their favorite downtown destinations.
Established in 2004, Kaleidos is a family-owned and operated winery and vineyard. Nestled in the Templeton Gap of the Santa Lucia Mountains in Paso Robles, the vineyard sits atop two south facing slopes. The winery and vineyard were established with the mission of producing the finest premium handcrafted wines.
Owner Steve Martell’s passion and focus is Rhone varietals, Steve has hand-selected all of the Westside vineyards where he currently procures fruit. Known as a hands-on craftsman and a purist in his winemaking technique, Steve’s down-to-earth approach to fine wine has produced consistently rich, full bodied and well-balanced reds.
The consistent attention to detail can be tasted with just one memorable sip. Steve welcomes you to experience the fruit of his passion in a bottle.
